		<description>This is a very inspirational idea.  We should daily do things like this but on a larger level, we really should set the kinds of goals that will require some stretching over time and some discipline to accomplish.  We often let things like this defeat us if they take too long and the results are not sudden, as in the new years resolutions that are all but ditched by the end of Feb.

Thank you for this insightful addition to a regimen of improvement that all of us should embark upon.
