		<description>I think the true mark of providing value to people is to go about it in such a way that you focus completely on the other person without thinking about what you may get in return. Not always easy to do, but I sure try.

Kindness goes a long way. I have learned in my life that kindness helps make up for a lack of talent and skills (not to say you don&#039;t need those things but a little kindness goes a long way). 

If we can make another person feel valued and appreciated, amazing things can happen. I am practicing.</description>
